Thanks for the heads-up. I don't need one at this time however, I went ahead and ordered two of them for $28 based on advice from others FTE members from Fuller Ford. Also free shipping on first order. I'll keep them in the glove box as insurance. Thanks again FTE members. Have a great day!
Hey Dukernc... I know this is off topic, but I just wanted to send a hello from an ex-resident of NC. I was in Raleigh (NCSU) for a little over 5 years, and my wife was at Duke for 2 years working on her PhD. Beautiful place, and we still miss it. In fact, when we first started looking around the Birmingham, AL area for a house last summer, my wife's first comment when she saw the area where we now live was, "Wow... it looks just like the Raleigh-Durham areas we like so much". No surpise, then, that we bought a house in that same area.
Hey Pete,
Thanks.. Yes, we've been here almost 20 years now and we truly love it. Especially right now with the temps in the high 70's during the day and low 50's at night. Sure beats the high 90's to low 100's!!! I'm a relocated "Yankee" from outside of Boston in the suburbs and this area (Raleigh/Wake Forest)reminds me of that part of NE. Have a great day!!
ps I like your 6637 cover. That's next on my list the 6637 upgrade just as soon as I finish the LUK clutch install.

Ok, I placed my order on Tuesday around 1pm. I didn't need one but, I went ahead and ordered two of them for $28 from Fuller Ford with free shipping on the first order. Well the parts arrived today, Friday around noon according to DHL. I'll keep them in the glove box as insurance. Thanks again FTE members for the tip. Have a great day!
These are a proximity detector, circuit board acts as a pulse detector amplifier. Normally these are mated to a toothed gear that probable has a gap(missing tooth) in the teeth so that it nows where it is at on the timing.
