i cant get a wrench or anything on two of the bolts. i can get the rest of them off, but the fact that the engine is locked up means that i cant turn the crank to get to the bolts. i have put all kinds of stuff down the cylinders and try to get it loose but nothing has worked yet. i guess it will take time.

fill cylinders with diesel let sit for a week or two maybe more
and try giving it a good turn every once in a while, also
a good bed preserver!

I just wanna clear something up. If he is going to change the heads & intake He will be able to use a standard FE distributor, Correct?? Or, would he have to use an FE crank as well? Was just curious. I was reading the posts and wa getting kind of confused. some one siad he could and anothere said he couldn't with out the bushing. Just curious.
