I have a little problem with this scenario. To get all the gaskets in you would have to leave everything loose until the point where you are ready to torque everything down. Getting the gaskets to work right would be tough to say the least. I wouldn't recommend it but I suppose it can be done. Getting the head off without access to the pry notches would be a trick in itself.

As it turns out, I didn't have to remove the head. Me and my cousin used some bolt extractors to drill that bolt out. We had to be patient, and use an acetylene torch to heat it up (with the extractor threaded into the bolt I might add). ANyways, thanks for the tips!
I am glad you got it out, drilling-out bolts like that at strange angles & tight spots is never easy. It's quite a gamble in that you could end up doing more damage than good.
This bit of advice is useless since you aren't pulling the head now. But when you do the rebuild it will help determine how much the bore has been increased. Go to a pawn shop or local hardware store. And buy a cheap pair of calipers. You can usually get a set for $20 or less. You can then measure the bore to a relitive amount of accuracy to determine how far it has been bored. Most calipers are accurate to .001". .002" at very most.
