Electric door locks

Need to change the electric door locks on my 2000 CC. How hard is it and what do you do? Looks like remove inside panel and remove the lock and replace the small motors. Sounds easy but is it and anything I need to watch for? Thanks

Anyone have an old door lock/actuator I can have?

Does anyone have an old actuator from a ford f350?

I cracked mine open and fixed 3 but I accidently broke brushes on one of the 4th motor so its either find used one or buy a new one.....

Any help out there would be great........Thanks

Finely did the change with the instructions that were posted. THANKS for the help. Now going to repair if possible the motors and now need to do the others. Again thanks for the help.
