help 70 360 leaking how serious?

help 70 360 leaking how serious?
my grandpa has a 70 ford ton truck with a 360. its leaking oil and antifreeze out of the motor through what must be a head gasket or intake gasket. it comes out the front of the motor where the head meets the intake and they both meet the block on the driver side. i know this is confusing sorry. its not leaking into the oil or water so i hope its ok. its not hurting performance any either. this motor is bone stock and has probably never been apart. do i need to change a gasket or two or what?
