So if you are trying to set up an EX for your wife and kids....which I am.. which one provides the softest ride? I am concerned because we mainly use the car as a kid carrier and a long haul living room on 4 wheels.

This is exactly why I went with OEM shocks.
I have tried others and they drove like they had no give at all. Made it ride like,,, dah,, a truck.
the biggest problem with the stock ones is little or no warranty....
ANY others will give you a lifetime warranty....
I had the 9000's on my 03 Ex and could make it ride as hard as I wanted, or dial it down to one and max out the air pressure on the tires for best mpg and STILL get the cadillac ride....
doing a test on the rsx's as we speak...
(Rancho's have a rebate & a 90 day trial going on right now)

Wll I ordered the Ranchos and should be in maybe tomorrow, if it does come in tomorrow I'll be able to install and test it out on a 2 1/2 hr drive. I'll take some pics and share my Xperience.
Installed. I must say that it seems to be handling the cornering betta but I can 't find the stiffness that I was looking for, the monoroe seem stiffer. Still testing!
OK,
have had the rsx's on since the 25th and a trip from DFW to Mem and back --- definetly firmer than I recall the 9000's but guess I am getting used to it now...
not sure the hassle of a return and fight is worth the difference yet
