EBV Problems

Replaced EBV sensor and tube, AIT, Oil temp sensor, and rebuilt turbo pedastal. Still takes 5 to 10 minutesto warm up. Would the solenoid cause this problem

WELCOME to FTE!!!

You shouldn't be seeing 5-10 minute warm up times this time of year in Georgia. Tell us more about your truck, though.

Year, engine size, miles, modifications, more description about symptoms, last oil change, are you sure that your oil is full (low level can cause mulitple problems), coolant system flush? checked out your thermostat? etc....

BTW... your Air Intake Heater (AIH) is not probably not ever really needed in your part of the country. Most of us in the South (and many other reagions as well) simply remove the AIH and plug it -- gives a more open air path (20% more) in your intercooler tube.
