IP adjustment

IP adjustment
I have finally decided to get my IP turned up but dont know what im doing if anybody could tell me where i might get it done around houston tx or might know someone who could show me that would be awesome. also ive heard that i might have to do something to the mechanical fuel pump do you know what that might be? or do they mean going to electrical.
