What symtoms are making you think you need a new pump. They are expensive, so make sure it is what the problem is before you spend a bunch on money needlessly.
There should be a data plate on the pass side of the Injector pump that has the model number. Should be DB2831-5028 for the auto 5013 for manual.
its getting heat soaked and wont start in hot weather i was looking at some parts stores and none of them have stanadynes thiers look the same but have totaly diffrent numbers
Ford, international, standyne, all have their own numbers, but are the same pump. Just make sure the parts store uses the correct application for your truck, model, year, tranny info should all be listed for the pump application they are selling.

I take it the data plate on the side of the pump is gone. If it is there look for a number that ends in like "C91" or "C92". I haven't ever seen an original pump on a Ford motor that didn't have the International part number on it. It gets to be a problem figuring out pumps when all these off the wall injection companies start fixing or try to fix these pumps and put them out on the street.
Also, it can be a crap shoot on these parts numbers anyway. They will change a part numbers for a number of reasons. It doesn't have to a performance reason. There are alot of pumps out there that are identical performance wise but will have a different part numbers.
