Should I continue?

Ok guys I'm kind of new here and I will probably be asking for more advice and suggestions in the future. I added some new images to my gallery of the stripping down of the 1960 F100 that was given to me. Overall the truck seemed to be in good shape. The normal rust issues like the floor and cab corners and such. After completely removing front clip I realized this truck has been wrecked before. At the very front of the frame you can see where the frame was heated and bent back to get the bumper back on. No big deal, but the only question I have pertains to the frame from the cab forward. It appears the frame twists vertically a few degrees. It really concerned me until I looked at both frame rails. Both frame rails do this. Everything appears to be symmetrical. Is it normal for the top of the frame to be a few degrees in farther than the bottom on these trucks?<O</O

If you look really close at this picture you can see what I'm talking about. You can see how the frame twists in just a bit at the top. <O</O

Should the frame be twisted like this? Just looking for some advise...

Not a frame expert by any means but if both sides are the same I would think it is normal................ Anyone else have a different thought??

If you have a manual, there is a frame dimensions page. Once your cab is off, check it thoroughly. It isn't at all clear in the pictures what the situation is, but it sounds like you are saying the frame channels are rolled inwards at that location?

Not exactly. What Im describing is the fact that the frame angles 3 degrees vertically (from top to bottom). I put an angle finder on the frame right in front the the front shock mount. It read 3 degress on both sides. I then proceeded to put the angle finder on the rear of the frame and it read 0 degrees. Could someone possible check to see if their frame on a 57-60 angles in 3 degress at the top next to the front shock mount?
