Difference with long lead injector??
Trying to figure all this out.
I understand that they ran a long lead injector in the #8 cylinder to deal with some of the issues of the dead headed fuel system.
What exactly is the difference with the long lead injector? When did they run these?
I notice that alot of the regualted return systems say to
eliminate the long lead injector, is there a way to change it or does this require the replacement of the entire injector??
I ask because I am still very much considering the DIY injectors and dont understad this.
Thanks guys!!!!!!
Bob
the long lead injector has a longer primary shot of fuel to help with the under fueling condition....
so rebuilding my injectors will take care of this....
