Transgo & Flow Mast ?

Transgo & Flow Mast ?
Hey to anyone who can give some info. I have a 4.2L 3.55 gear Auto. V-6 2001 F-150. I recently put Flow Masters on it and i get a SERVICE ENGINE SOON light? I had my warranty fix it twice!... and it's still comes on... why? That's one problem i have.
Second, today i had a TRANSGO shift kit put in it. I LOVE IT! Chirps second gear! BUT! for some reason my "Overdrive Off" light starts to flash? It happens all the time. IS there anyone out there that has had this problem with a 4.2L V-6 when they put a shift kit in it?????
Any information on these two problems would be greatly appreciated!
Tomorrow i'm returning my truck to see what Ford can do about it, afterall, they put the Transgo shift kit in it.
