Ken,
I put a diablo delta chip w/ the 93 program on it but it still does not shift hard enough yet. I have put 300miles on it. My question is what are my options? like do I have it reburned for higher pressure or go with a transgo shift kit in it and with that option does it still need to be reburned

It firms it up, especially under heavy throttle. It doesn't cause jarring shifts because most people don't like that. Sure, we can increase the pressure more but only up to a point and then you should consider a shift kit.
How hard is hard enough? How much are you expecting from it?
