I just hope there aren't too many families, and especially children with tears in their eyes tonight!

I'm kinda glad I'm not working there anymore. On the other hand, I probably won't get called back there either.

My dad worked there in the early 60's for a bit.

I'm not sure exactly what he did. 'Hot and laborous in-doors', is all I know. Still, it would 'appear', (investigations started), that the propane blew outdoors, and not inside the foundery. I tell ya one thing, I'd be one nervous pup driving a propane truck into a place where sparks and hot slag can be 'anywhere at any time'. I hope this was truly an 'accident' as in the wrong spark that bounced out a door, to a fuel source instead of something they tie human error to.

Terrible that so many are out of work near there for the time being. It's odd, that such a facility never moved down on the tide flats away from homes, retail and wholesale outlets.

Dat's a compliment Liz, and I know your shirt looks better on you than mine does on me. Comfortable!

Any pix from top of the windturbines?

And a fine picture it is, those are huge machines. Looking around the forum i saw that Liz in her new windturbine job had answered the Q https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...literally.html
