Well from what i have done to my 87 f150 inline 6 i have run my codes many of times and iam pretty darn sure that 3 flashes with KOER means Engine ID code

When was the last time new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor have been installed? Make sure your wires are routed properly as well.
Any one of these can cause this... if replacing these does not improve things, replace your fuel filter, check your timing and check the voltage on your TPS from idle to WOT.
well back in Feb. we replaced the following, spark plugs, wires, distributor and cap, battery checked the timing at that time too was good. I just hate driving in my truck it acts and feels like I am just learning to drive a stick lol and the poor truck is automatic lol it bucks like mike said and as soon as you let up on the gas it is fine it also hasitates at idal . thank god I don't have a newborn poor baby would get carsick lol.

Depending on your driving habits and/or quality of replacement parts.... I'm afraid to say that the February check does not omit these as potential issues. Again, make sure the wires are routed correctly. That may be the cheapest fix.
All you need is one poor performing wire and/or plug to duplicate these running issues. Especially since your KOEO and CM engine codes checked out fine.
Clogged fuel injectors and a bad fuel filter could be a culprit as well. Run some seafoam and a fuel injection cleaner on a 1/4 tank (or less) through the system AFTER you replace the plugs and wires.
If you don't want to replace the cap and rotor... you can always freshen up the contacts with a file. When car parts were months away in the mail in BFE Alaska, that's how we did tune ups! Clean off the plugs, cap and rotor and pray the wires were ok!
well I will have honey check those for me tomarrow and I will pick up some seafoam at Napa tomarrow before I for to work lol. I hope this all works cause I love this truck better than the mini van we had lol. wish me luck lol oh by the way Mr M love the color of your truck my favorite color.
