08 diff\10.5 carrier
i will be taking pics of my progress as soon as we figure out fordforevers truck for anybody that is interested, the diff cover has been on the back seat for over a month now i think its about time, and while the covers off i'll take pics of the sd 10.5 carrier in my 10.25 rear

Yesterday I put an '08 cover on my '97.........nice, and the cover was less than $40.

you will like that diff cover on there! they look very nice, They look even better when you remind yourself how much it was!! My Ford parts guys still rants and raves when he sees me about how good it looks

Agreed! It sometimes catches my eye by surprise. I sometimes forget that I even put it on because it was so inexpensive and took like a half hour to do. can't say a 4200 one would look any better, either.

PICS PLEASE!!! I wanna do this too, but want to compare it to the OTHER covers out there. I like the Dynatec (is that right?) because of the extra fluid cap. and strength.

I have the 08 cover too. Great mod for little money.
Mohead, they dont come with the bolts and the old ones arent long enough. You will need to get 5/16-18x 1 1/4.

I just got the stock longer bolts from the parts dept when I got the cover. I think they were $12, but it saved me a trip the hardware store.
