Talking Hi Gang

just dropping in to say hi gang. it's been a while for me again then what else is new around me.

still hanging in mustang raceing and haveing some fun with other brands at the shop . which is busy as all heck. we even had our web master ken up by us for a few days. and guys i will tell you truthfully ken is a great guy and more fair then some fte members feel he is.

while he was by us we had one grand time, esp. since he ahd this thought that new jersey all looked like what he saw on the tv news of or slum city newark. guess he didn't think we could truthfully have a loose cow or bull at times here or the mountains we have,

still got v10's in my blood and am wondering how a 3 valve one would look and fit into a s197 mustang. 3404 pounds with a v10.hmmmmm!

hope you all ahve been behaveing in here and not giving art a hard time.

Hello Cap'n. Good to hear that you are doing well.

Don't know why everyone thinks NJ is all city... surely I'm not the only one to have seen a Jersey cow!

Hey Charlie, good to hear from you!! Glad the mustang's giving you hours of enjoyment. How's the back? Aren't you supposed to be moving to the big island? I didn't think you'd still be in Jersey.

Good luck man, and keep in touch.

Dave

Semper Paratus brother....good to hear/read you

Do you have all the dyno slips from the early 05 3v runs? Lots of questions popping up on the beast's RWHP now and then.. I guess I could take a peek in your gallery but always forget that may be where you hung them

Charlie, even though we have been email pals for coming up three years, I always enjoy your posts on any forum. Keep her steady, Captain.

depends on wihich stag your asking about, the 07 hasn't been straped down yet but is set for next thursday for a test and tune on the rollers. it's got a 3;73 7.5 inch rear yet. a BBK, 70MM T.B AND CAIK. nice lloking hurst shifter for the tremic t5. pypes performance true duals into stock gt mufflers for a very nice sound out side and nothing inside.

Now the 05 race car has a fully worked stage 3 engine done with parts from super six motor sports, a stage 3 procharger.it's all hooked up to a level ten 5r55s trans that we modified to run a fluid cuppler instead of a converter, has a 8.8 inch 3:73 LS rear, hp on the ground is sitting at 440 rwhp. times are 13.08 at 106.87 mph in the 1/4 and still getting better. we have a good young driver at the wheel to run it.

back wise it's not much better.i go back in for operation #4 on sept 6th. hopefully this will be it. but at the most just 1 more after it. the doctor a nerosurgen will only work on 2 levels at a time with a year between to heal. it's old hat now and not worrying me.

then i turn the big 60 in mid oct. so not much bothers me any more.

I wish you all the luck in the world. Myself, the psoriasis is driving me crazy the last few days, but otherwise getting better...

60? Crap, I'm turning 42 in November... The wife is turning 48 tomorrow ...

And she doesn't look like that redhead you emailed me pics of last year
