Cool 84 6.9 no start

i have good batteries, good fuel pressure, FSS and fast idle solenoid have power(both click when jumped), engine craks good, im getting fuel at injectors, but engine will not fire.....water was in fuel so i flushed the hole system, and put in new fuel, i just dont know whats going on......gps, are bad, so i squirt a little of WD-40 in, and still no go, any ideas? ran fine before the water incident.... thanks in advance, Dustin

instead of buying glow plugs, you plug in the block heater for now. Do you think there might be air in the fuel sytem? does any smoke come out of the pipe when your trying to start it?

Plug in the block heater, and use a heat gun in the intake while cranking, even a hair drier wil help, anything to bring up the intake temps of the combustion chamber. And use a test light to do a continuity test of the GPs to see if they are in fact shot.
