I think with bigger injectors and perhaps a fresh wheel on your stock 1.15 housing you could make some big improvements in the pull category.

Ya 25 psi is not too bad. 35 is hard on them for sure. But most of the time driving you will be ranging from 10-25, its only at higher RPMs will you see the high boost numbers. At WOT I can hit over 30psi with a .84 turbo housing, intake, exhaust, 10K and my edge, of course pulling it averages about 19psi going down the road.
