Turbo ID

Looking at a partial turbo kit and the turbo bolts directly to the exhaust manifold. It is non wastegated. Any ideas on what it is? I'll try to post a pic.

it may be an old rajay kit. What kind of manifold is it? doesnt look like IH?

All I know is that the guy says it was on a 6.9 then a 7.3. He wants 200 for it
