Wifey's 2002 Escape is about to turn 100k on it's 3.0L.
I was wondering what was reccomended as far as service goes at the 100k mile interval?
It runs excellent and doesn't throw any codes, but I'm thinking that at least the plugs and fuel filter need to be changed. Air filter is changed at regular oil change intervals.
Also, I forgot to ask... Will changing the plugs trigger the good-for-now working COP's to go bad? I wouldn't think so, but I wanted to be sure...
Any other suggestions or reccomendations?

I would hope that the fuel filter has been changed a couple of times by now and that the tranny would have been flushed at least once. As mentioned, if you haven't changed any of the belts you might want to do so now or at least give them a close examination. Same goes for the coolant and radiator hoses. These are not something you want to have fail and strand your wife. I changed my plugs at 100,000 miles and just this week had my first check engine light at 125k. I will find out later this week what this is about. Other than scheduled maintenance this will be the first service call for this vehicle.
I'm not sure if anything has been done up to this point. I know that the tranny fluid hasn't been changed since it's started to turn dark red in the past few weeks.
We bought the Escape with 97k on it. I haven't had any problems so far... I just want to make sure I keep it that way with preventive maintenance.
