Yeah, I had a day dream about going off on them, the only problem, I don't have all the guns, and tanks, and grenades, and ability to wage war that I dreamt about. It really was a fantastic dream. Oh well. If it don't sell, it don't sell. I don't really "need" to sell it, but I could use the extra money. We were expecting a $4600 tax return, and they took all but $600 of it. Kinda set us back a week or two in our finances, which we were counting on to make it through till next month. If I can hold out til the 15th of March, I should be ok, but it will be tough to make it through. The 15th of March is D-Day for the settlement from my mom getting killed. If it goes as well as the lawyer anticipates, finances will no problem within thirty days of that day. Fingers crossed, and hoping to make it through, becasue I really don't want to cut the semi loose. We'll see I guess.
I would say by now you know what expenses you can let slide a month or so. I would never suggest not paying, but there are some you can pay a little, or just let them slide a month or so, assuming you know you will have the money the following month or two. Sorry to hear about your Mom.
