Rust

Do these trucks have rust issues. My truck is a life long southern truck and today I notices rust bubbling above the drivers side back(extended cab) window.

I have a Wyoming truck & so far only starting to bubble around the rear wheel back rocker panels.

They will rust above the rear wheel alot of the times.

yep that is the number one rust spot. next will be your rocker panels if you have an extended cab then the lowest edge of the front fenders. The worst part is they rust from the inside out so if you have a paint bubble you have a rust hole.

yeah, inside out. bottoms of all my doors (crew cab). noticed a little rust from the outside, investigated and it was a LOT of rust that started on the inside and had been there a while before i noticed it. this is a worry issue for me right now. i need to know what to do about all the rust. my big mirrors that mount in multiple places also have caused rust around their mounting holes. also under the weather stripping on the outside window sills. anyone have any suggestions about the rust for us northern guys?
