71 330 FT Timing - Simple Question

The Dwell should be between +36* & +38* if it has single points.
As for the timing that depends on the carb & cam timing & whether or not it has a governor or a revlimiter, and I don't carry those settings in my head. I might could reserach them in 1 of my OEM Truck Service manuals, but I'd need a complete serial number except for the last 3 numerical digits. . . .
