Went camping with the family last week up to Battleford Provincial Park. The first hour we are their a storm came trough and pounded the PSD, the hood now looks like the cover of a golf ball. Made my appointment with SGI for friday so we will see what happens then. MY wife's cousin had a look and he said they will have to replace the hood pass front fender and door and maybe the side of the box. So I am not looking forward to that.
I just replaced the 2 windows on the back of my house today. They were smashed from a hail damage early July. The one window did not shatter but had cracks. The master bedroom one shattered and I got cut.
The amazing thing was my vehicles did not get damaged. You could see where the hail hit the car like little explosions, but no dents, just took off the dirt. The hail that hit thecars were I guess like a slushy snowball. The ones that hit the house was a different story.
Hope insurance does not give you a big hassle.
Hail damage sucks, im sorry to hear that hail hit your PSD.
I actually got a hail damaged honda from sgi a few years ago for really cheap, took it in for inspection without doing a damn thing to it, it passed, and I sold it and doubled my money

It was kind of a weird deal, there was some hail coming down so we parked under a tree with the back of the truck facing the hail, then all of a sudden WHAM, there was a wall of hail, it was riping off leaves and branches of the trees it was deafening in the truck, and then the hail went back to the way it was falling. I didn't last to long after that. Anyways, I will find out next week what the damage is officially.
