i dont know about the later ones , but i had an f600 an f350 and an f100 all sitting around at one time , but all were 53 through 55 as well as a 56 f 600 , and the cabs on the 53 and the two 55's were identical between the three . emblems and in the case of the 600's the fender openings were larger , no other differences . a freind of mine took the fenders off of one of the 600's to put on his half ton as he was wanting to run those goofy big inch rims and the openings were large enough to accommodate them .essentially they were the same trucks other than minor stuff .
