Cab removal

I'm interested in removing the cab on my '99 F150 (not extended cab) but not the bed. Does anyone
have pics of an F150 without the cab? How much does the cab weigh?

My '66 cab was pretty darn heavy. Took 4 of us to lift and move, but it wasn't too bad with that many. Just 2 of us would have had a hard time I think.

i've never seen the cab off an F150 but i've seen it off F350's and there pretty damn heavy

We have had many cab off f-150 for head gaskets.We use a lift to lift the cab.I dont have pics.

Do you pick it up manually or use a lift like the reply above? If a lift, where do

The more I learn about it-the more miserable I think F150 design is!
