are you sure the warn hubs have a lifetime warranty? ive blown 3 sets.... had to pay for all 3 hhmm..... anyway I got tired of my ESOF so I unbolted the actuator from the transfer case and I now use a wrench to engage into 4x4. Works everytime. Kindve a pain in the a$$ tho since you have to get off and underneath the truck but atleast you know its engaged and it stays that way.
