superchips T 28 error

superchips T 28 error
i have a 98.5 or 99 F250 7.3 trubo and i bought a superchips flashpaq 1805 for it and i keep getting a T 28 error when i try and change the tire size .. they sent me a new pack .... the new pack has the same error in it ...anyone have a clue as to what this error is ... i hate to spend money to have ford reflash it
