I was driving down the road and my left engine bank quit getting fuel. I know this because the truck lost power so I pulled over and did the following.
Drained water seperator
Changed fuel filter
I then let the engine cool down. I could drive about 40 MPH so I went to the closet Auto Zone. While on the way I saw that my pyrometer was only reading 200. The pyrometer is located on the left side. The guys at Auto Zone put their code reader on the truck but no codes came up even though the check engine light was on.
So got the truck home called some guys and looked at this forum. Check the wires outside the valve covers and inside the valve covers and can not find any raw wires. Put the ohm meter on them and found all to be connected and none to be crossed.
I wish I could help, but the one thing I have found out is that the OBD II code readers that autozone, orileys and others do not work on our diesel trucks, most of them are not aware that they dont work! They hook up, no codes, must be good, wrong!
Just a thought, might need to get a dealer or someone with A.E to give it a look.

Lack of fuel to one bank only will most likely turn out to be the UVC harness has come loose (Under Valve Cover) and it's not firing the injectors, or the small screen in the fitting where the fuel line attaches to that head has gotten clogged..
Just my .02,
