Anyone know how to actually test (out of the truck) an EPV valve?
I recently cleaned out the tube, and tried my best to clean out the badly clogged EBV valve, but not sure if I may have damaged it in cleaning it.
Any pin-out tests or other info would be appreciated. Thanks
When my EBPV on the turbo pedestal was leaking, we hooked it up to the computer at the Fraud Dealership and they cycled it a couple of times to see if it was leaking or not

Are you sure you dont mean the ebps ? The one on the front of the motor? EBPS = exhaust back pressure sensor
located on the front of the motor, on the tube i think your talking about
EBPV = exhaust back pressure valve
The butterfly assembly is bolted on the turbine side of the turbo, and the actuator is on the turbo pedistal.
