I'm glad to help when I can. However, now I'm honestly lost on this one. I just don't know what would be causing the smoke. I'd look into some of the other items suggested. But, at least you've got a fresh turbo and gained some good insight on how to work on them.

Hey guys just coming back in to see if anyone knows a good place to get an early 1999 turbo ... ima check ebay again and see how that goes...if anyone knows -maybe someone on here that has that turbo please let me know...thanxs in advance ppls
