0741 & 0744 lean codes

Im getting lean diag codes for both banks on my 2003 V10 with 37000 miles.
Can anyone tell me what could be causing them??
I checked vaccum lines for bad connections or cracks.
I had a K&N filter but have since gone back to the stock filter setup.
Appreciate and ideas..

p0741 is for your torque convertor clutch and p0744is also for the convertor. sorry guy but it's time for a rebuild. the convertor is gone and most likely has sent pieces though out the trans and pluged up the cooler at the same time.

check out our web site www.level10power.net and click on codes and that shows what you need for the repair.

Both banks lean, I'd be checking for a vacuum leak first. Sounds like unmetered air is entering the engine

Edit: And as broncobilly suggests, the PCV would be a good place to start.

The plug was the problem -- Jiffy lube I suspect when they checked the filter.
Thankx for the help all
