well the CPS was not the problem....
Some one said that it might be the IPR? what is that? any other input you guys might have? Its getting kinda frustrating to have to wait from 5 minutes to 2 hours just to get my truck to start.

It could be a thousand different things. I take it you have no warranty left? You really should have someone look at it that can put it on a computer ( if you haven't already) You could throw parts on it all day and not fix it and spend a lot of wasted money.
