2005 4wd system?
okay guys, i've researched it 'til i'm blue at the fingers...what the heck kind of 4wd system do the 2004 to present F-150's have? and where can i find an explanation as to exactly how it works, and what Ford calls it (i.e.; control trac, control trac II, etc.)?

Its the traditional transfer case style with an electric shift motor. I think the front axle is engaged with vacuum on a central disconnect - there are no hubs (at least thats how '97-04 was). Other than that I don't know much about it.
