I have an 05 with the 3 buttons (Info, Setup, Reset)
You have to hold the Setup and Reset buttons at the same time, then turn key to on - you will see TEST and as soon as you do, let off the buttons and then start the truck - press reset to cycle thru all the options...

For some reason I have no idea why or how my speedo was stuck at 45mph thinking it was zero, Took a quick look around for this for the 3-button setup (05 KingRanch) and found this, Now everything is all fine and dandy (I hope) That saved me some money I don't have to give to a mechanic or Dealer.
