460 with issues.

460 with issues.
I have a 89 E 350 chassis (motorhome).Vehicle has a 469 with 120000 miles.It ran great on 1200 mile trip from florida.I went to start it and it turned over twice and locked up.Put new starter in ,checked for proper voltage at starter and it checked ok.Checked for hydrolock and water in the oil and found none.Is there any tendencies of this motor doing this?Does anyone have any ideas? I dread pulling this engine out.Thanks for having me.
