360 FE problems
i have recently swaped engines from a 1974 ranger to a 1979 lariat ranger and i rebuilt the whole 360 bored it out new pistons had everything worked on got the timing set and i drove it home parked it and the next day it wouldnt start. i am also having all kinds of electrical problems. none of the electrical works i have to start my truck using the solinoid and whats weird is my electronics decide when they want to work. i have looked for blown fuses ungrounded wires and just stuff that wasnt hooked up but i cant find anything. i got the truck to start when it was in a warm garage so im wondering if its that cold blooded. and i also need help on this heated hose that connects to the engine and the heater i cant figure out where it connects to the engine

You are at the right site to troubleshoot the problems you are having. Click on the Forums tab at the upper left and scroll over the boards. There is one for your year of truck, another for the engine and even a electrical forum. Try them out and good luck with it!
