Fuse #2 on the inside panel supplies the PCM and other dash functions, ETAC, overhead console etc..
Are there any other functions not working? If yes, this fuse is blown, if no, the lead to pin 55 of the PCM is open or has a high resistence, dropping the keep alive power to the PCM, to low.
The other code is telling you the intake air sensor is open or not plugged on, harness etc.

Is that under the hood and what side? And which is pin 55?

Measure the voltage at the fuse with a meter first.
once with the fuse in place and once with it out.
There should be little difference in voltage of maybe a half volt with fuse in or out.
If a large difference; there is something from one of the circuts it feeds that is loading the line down.
The next thing to do if this condition is found is to put a small interior lamp in place of the fuse and disconnect circuts that are hooked in, to see when the lamp dims.
The fuse is a 5 amp so the current is probably small unless it has blown the fuse.
The PCM is on the riders side behind the kick panel. I doubt the trouble is at that location.

What is the fuse for? ie. PCM or what? the problem that this is happening on is a 02 Stang with the 3.8 and I figured that they might be alike. I did check the fuse and it stayed the same with the fuse on and off.
