P1690: Wastegate Control Valve Error

P0380: Glow Plug Circuit Error Circuit A

P0603: Internal Control Module KAM(Keep Alive Memory) Error

P0478: Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High Input

P0470: Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Circuit Error

P1211: ICP Not Controllable - Pressure Above/Below Desired

P0705: Tran Range Sensor Circuit Error

Are you experiencing any issues? If not you may just clear them and see if any return.

The P603 and P1211 are most often present on a "tuned" truck with stock ish components.

Might want to consider monitoring your EBPS(Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor) to see if it is reading correctly.

I am having trouble with glow plugs gpr gets nothing from pcm.

I have been having a check engine soon light come on during long drags pulling 5ver 13k up hills

As far as I know tranny is stock don't know how to tell otherwise.

I'll clear codes and run it down the road.....if these codes are correct what do I need to do to fix.

I have new boots and my turbo leaks so I have parts coming and new filter setup to drop exqhust remps
And today I noticed my EOT got to 212 what is the most it should get to.

Not positive if exhaust back pressure sensor can be read with my edge.

OK I cleared the codes and drove it around town without any load. Checked codes and now I got p0380, p0478, p070..... cleared them again drove around a little more and now I just get the p0380, p0478. So what would I need to do to fix? Or what do I need to check?

You'll probably find you'll throw the P1211 code quite often pulling your fiver. If I mash my throttle to the floor for any length of time pulling my 15K fiver (you thought yours was heavy), I'll get a check engine light for about 15 minutes. It's almost always a P1211.

I've primarily had suggestions that I need new O-Rings on my injectors (or just new injectors). I could probably use both. For now, it seems to run fine otherwise.

Well, sounds like you know why you are getting the 0380, as you said the GPR was getting nothing from the computer. I would say the 0478 is likely the EBP sensor tube clogged or the sensor itself may be caked up. It is a long shot to need a new sensor. Can usually clean them up and get them working again.

That can also be an HPOP. My ICP would dip and spike with WOT runs and the T500 was phase one of the fix. Huge improvement. I don't see a tuner in your sig.

what is the best way to clean the EBP tube and sensor? Can I use brake or Carb cleaner on it?

New HPOP, IPR and ICP last summer. Still throws 1211's. Prior items replaced due to a no-start warm condition, not the 1211's. We bought the trailer a couple months after the HPOP work, so hard to tell if those made it better or worse.

Have a DP Tuner, but it is currently un-installed because I was eliminating possibilities of a tranny issue. Probably will put it back in. Coincidentally, I'm posting this from the waiting room at BTS (installing new shift solenoid pack).

Carb cleaner and heavy duty weed eater line. Needs to be done once a year as routine maintenance.

MTalley - how many miles on your rig now? Curious how long your stock injectors have lasted. I'm hoping to get 250K, but not sure it's all that common. When I pulled my injectors around 165K for injector cups, I had two injectors that had shredded o-rings.

Rolled over 193k yesterday. Other than a really noisy #8, they actually seem to still run really well.
