a question for the computer experts

i have a radio scanner program.
it is a P95 file??
i downloaded it to the computer, and it opens with no problems. i can send it to a portable jump drive, and then recall it and read it. but if i store any frequency's in the program, i get a message saying that windows can not open the file, because windows does know what program created it.
then windows wants to go online to find the program, but looses me when it goes off into outer space, looking into corporate meetings records.

anyone have any ideas???

Try realigning the warp drive. If that doesnt work, try draining the flux capacitor. It may be fluxed up!

Seriously, try going to the company web site, they may have a trouble shooter that can help.

Can't find any info on a P95 file type...

What program created it?

When you open the file what program comes up?

When it is open can you save it to another file type?
It is probably saving it in the wrong format..
