1979 trucks had the decals on the driver's side of the hood, not on valve covers like previous years.
His decals should be brown text on white background for 49 state emissions.

yeah there is a tag and yes if you look at the valve cover it reads 351m/400

What colors are the decals?
All '79 decals were on the hood. All of my '79s are.
Original hood? Original engine? Original valve covers?

the motor is not original it out of a 78 or 79 bronco the color are orenge and white and it is on the left side vavle cover

the motor is not original it out of a 78 or 79 bronco the color are orenge and white and it is on the left side vavle cover valve covers are original to motor and the hood is orginal to truck the motor was in the truck when i bought it and i have got the original motor to it is in boxes what is the calibration code do or what is it for?

Most likely a '78 motor judging from that information.
The calibration code is there for factory records for settings like idle RPM, static timing, crub idle, kickdown, etc.

All that is listed on the tag i set the way the books seed to set it. its also at what the tag seed to set all that at but it still running rich if i lean it out to where the exhaust smells normal it bearly runs. but any idea on the overheat problem i dont want to buy a ton of parts that dont fix the problem more less i dont want to put a ton of money into something that ant going to fix my problem

Not the calibration label
Calibrations label.
It actually identifies the engine in question and gives info for Vacuum hose routing & engine specs.
