Hi all its taken a while but i have now got my truck pics in my gallery PLEASE take a look and let me now what you think so far Cool finally under way!
Wow, you got skills! I don't know if I would have taken on that project or not. Looks like you have it under control though. Good luck, and keep updating your gallery.
Looks like you have a long term project on your hands. With my bodyworking skills in the advanced beginner stage, I wouldn't even think of tackling a project with that much rust.
Good luck, and keep us updated.
That's what I would call jacking up the radiator cap and putting a new truck under it! Good tin must be in very short supply in Kiwiland to start with that much rust. Looks like you have the skills to see it thru tho. The roof looks to be the biggest challenge to keep it straight. Keep updating your pix!
Yes i have taken on a major job here! The roof is my biggest concern but i hope to find one before long but it will more than likely i will have to get one from the US (read Expensive!! as freights the killer) good tin in New Zealand is thin on the ground and expencive $1800US, $2700NZ for a good US cab.
I'd like to get some pictures of my truck and put them in. How do you do it? Some people say it is easy but I've asked my son and daughter and they aren't sure how to go about it.
