The intake install is a breeze and the carb is very easy to change rods/jets very nice in my opinion.
Something to keep in mind more likely than not the adapter plate for your throttle linkage will not line up right no matter what you do and when you do line it up on the intake your pedal travel will be half what it usually would be so expect to do some modification to take full advantage of the pedal. Good luck and I will second the idea that the small gaskets should be tossed and silicone used instead, nothing like realizing that the gasket broke anyway after you torque it down or hear a vacuum leak after you bolt everything down and start it up.
