that seemed to work well for me. bad part about the pull i was at is anything over 7000lbs was in the "heavy" class. so i had to pull against a f-350 7.3 DRW stock w/ a hydrabed (big ol flat bed that carries around and feeds round bales) he weighed in at 11000 and i didnt stand a chance.
Exactly. Drive it like you stole it and have fun or just stay home. Why bother otherwise? I have beat on my truck on the strip thinking, if I broke something, it needed fixing. If I was worried about it it would never have been out there. Giddyup.

I told my wife I was going to pull mine this summer and she said "That's not what that truck is for" I just looked at her and said "What do you think an F350 is used for, groceries and running to the mall? No it's used for towing, pulling and hauling just about anything you can hook behind it or fit in the bed" Then I said "OK, I'll just build a dedicated puller, can I have $20,000 to start with?"
Oh well, I'm gonna pull it at least twice in the next 2 months anyway. What she don't know will hurt me, or something like that
