I want to know if a set of long tube headers (Dynomax) will fit a 1994 F150 with a 351W and still work with the 302(5L)which is still in the truck (building 351W to install)as to having to buy 2 sets of headers????

Theoretically, it would work, if you have enough clearance. The 302 and the 351 have interchangable heads, with the same exhaust port design. However, the 351 has a taller deck height, which will move the headers up and outwards. The framerails are almost garaunteed to be in your way, so I would recommend saving your money for the 351 headers.
