crank ring came off 2.3
i got a 97 ranger with a 2.3 an doing the timing belt an i was pulling on the crank pully an seperated the timming ring an pully apart
its not broken cause i had it apart 2 times trying to get alined again
so what i need to know is how do i find my the place i need to put it to bring it back to the proper timming casue right now its to far advanced an pinning an i need it back to the stock setting

On a 4-cylinder Ford engine w/EDIS ignition, timing is at 90* BTDC when the missing tooth on the wheel is aligned with the crank sensor. Every tooth accounts for 10* of timing. So you can go from there.
