Is the whole bearing stuck, or just the race. if it's just the race, and your taking it out, get a punch and a small peaning hammer and slowly drive it out. work from side to side in a four way x pattern. Be careful not to slam your fingers or **** the race inside. i just did this 2 nights ago. It shouldn't be too hard. Haynes sucks.
I use a hammer and a punch. I support the hub on two pieces of wood so that the bearing is free to come out. I then reach through the front and, very carefully, place the punch on the race of the inner bearing, making sure that the punch does not damage the race that stays in the hub. I then give it a sharp whack. The bearing and seal will come out together. If you are purchasing new bearings, they come with the race that fits in the hub. The bearing races can be removed the same way.
i just took it for a test drive and it runs great no more rattle in the brake peddle and the steering wheel no longer vibrates when i stop and no more loud hum at 45mph those rotors were shot and i also found out the ceramic pad i put on crumbled in the center and were cracked all over and one pad had completely disappeared it was metal to metal
for the future if you just want to pop out the grease seal you can usually pop it out with a small flathead screwdriver. you tap it under there and bend it so that you can pry it out
