Garbz, Adding to your comment, most header apps may only be for the 390 and not include 352. The 3 bolt pattern "GT" would not have been offered in the pickup. Add 4WD and the odds finding headers go even higher.
I have headers on my 66 F100 4x4, they were made by Cyclone, a long time ago and I don't think that they are still around. The passenger side goes around the motor mount and it came in 3 pieces. I have a 67 GT 390 in the truck and I had the head drilled to take the truck headers.

John, you are right, I do not want to mislead anyone, that is why in my sig it says that the truck has a 67 Fairlane GT 390.
