Excelerater, Do you have any other mods or just the sct? On most chips I thought you had to do at least an exhaust and a intake upgrade. Dont most people also run gauges too?

Gauges are the first mod that should go on these trucks. The boost gauge is fairly accurate on the 05 and up trucks. The tranny temp gauge is garbage. I installed a tranny temp and pyrometer gauges. The exhaust is the next step. Dont worry about an intake. Save that money for the SCT. Its the best tuner for the 6.0L period. Countless threads on here of what the others (Banks, Edge, etc..) do to the motor and mainly the tranny. The stock intake setup can flow enough air for 500 rwhp. Dont waste your money and your warranty at that on an a/m intake system
